September 5, 2010 - Pernod frappe

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

0.5 oz. Sambuca

1.5 oz. Pernod

Fill mixing glass with ice and above ingredients. Shake and strain into chilled glass.

0.5 oz. Jose Cuervo Tequila

0.5 oz. Creme de Cacao

Layer

1 oz. Vodka

3/4 oz. Chambord

3/4 oz. Cream

Fill a rocks glass with ice, add the Vodka and Chambourd and float the cream on top.

1.5 oz. Amaretto

1 fill Hot Coffee

1 Whipped Cream

Pour amaretto into a mug and fill with hot coffee. Add whipped cream as a topping.

Hot Drinks

1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream

1 oz. Sambuca

pour sambuca into shot glass float Bailies on top enjoy

X Rated Drinks

1/2 oz Scotch

1/4 oz Irish Cream

1/4 oz Butterscotch Schnapps

Serve in a shot glass or on the rocks.

1 Part Wild Berry Vodka

1 Part Smirnoff Vodka

1 Part Strawberry Schnapps

Add all ingredients into shot glass, slam it on the table and shoot it, followed promptly with a beer.

0.33 oz. Creme de Cacao

0.33 oz. Amaretto

0.33 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream

2 dashes Grenadine

Layer all except grenadine in shot glass. Place grenadine in the center and serve.

1 1/2 oz. Jose Cuervo Mistico

1/4 oz. Midori

In a shot glass, float Midori.

0.75 oz. Kahlua

0.75 oz. Chambord

0.75 oz. Milk

Mix with ice and strain.
