1 oz. Jaegermeister

0.5 oz. Melon liqueur

0.5 oz. Blackberry Liqueur

0.5 oz. Pineapple Juice

0.25 oz. Cranberry juice

Shake with ice. Strain. Serve as a shooter

1 oz. Triple Sec

1 oz. Lime Juice

2 oz. Absolut Citron

6 oz. Zima

1 oz. Bitters

In A Double Shot, 1 Oz. Triple Sec, 1 Oz Rose's Lime & 1 Oz. Bitters. In a Highball mix 2 Oz. Absolut Citron and fill to 3/4 with Zima. Drop the Shot Glass in the Highball & drink. Optional suck a lemon to chase.

2 oz. Dark Rum

1 Ginger Beer

1 Lime Slice

Pour rum into glass over ice. Pour ginger beer over it. Squeeze in lime and drop slice in. Drink it down.

3 oz. Vodka

8 oz. Bass Pale Ale

8 oz. Guinness Stout

Take a pint glass and pour in 2 jiggers (3 oz) of Absolut Vodka. Pour halfway (1/2 pint) with Bass, and the rest of the way (1/2 pint) with Guinness. It's going to mix together no matter how you pour it, so don't expect to see a divided drink.

Unsweetened cocoa

Brew espresso. In a coffee mug, place 1 teaspoon of unsweetened powdered cocoa, then cover a teaspoon with honey and drizzle it into the cup. Stir while the coffee brews, this is the fun part. The cocoa seems to coat the honey without mixing, so you get a dusty, sticky mass that looks as though it will never mix. Then all at once, presto! It looks like dark chocolate sauce. Pour hot espresso over the honey, stirring to dissolve. Serve with

2 oz. Blue Curacao

1 oz. Club Soda

2 oz. Blueberry Schnapps

Mix ingredients well together.

Mix juice and Kool-Aid, add 1 gallon water, stir and watch it turn green!

1 oz. Club Soda

1.5 oz. Gin

2 oz. Orange Juice

1 oz. Sour Mix

0.5 tsp. Sugar

Fill a mixing glass with ice and add all ingredients, except club soda. Shake and strain into a glass, then add club soda. Add ice.

December 4, 2011 - Brandy julep

2 1/2 oz. Brandy

6 Mint Sprig

1 tsp. Powdered Sugar

into collins glass put sugar, mint leaves and brandy, fill glass with finely shaved ice and stir until mint rises to top, being careful not to bruise leaves; garnish with slice of pineapple, orange, or lemon, and cherry.
