4 Quarts Apple Cider
1 Brown Sugar
6 oz. Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
6 oz. Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
6 cloves
6 allspice
1 tsp. Nutmeg
3 cinnamon stick
If you use the whole all spice and cloves, tie them in cheesecloth. Heat the mixture. Stir occasionally. If you want an alcoholic drink, rum would be nice.

1 oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. Drambuie
Must be mixed in brandy snifter. Light mixture, cover glass with hand until flame is extinguished (glass should be sticking to hand - suction you know) Remove hand. Slam drink. Re-cover glass with hand... count to five. Put glass to nose and inhale vapors. Repeat as needed.

3 Parts Bailey's Irish Cream
1 Part Creme de Menthe
6 Parts Milk
Pour the milk first and then the Irish Cream - the parts are only guesses, I tend to go by color. You want a creamy beige that has only a slight hint of alcohol. Add just enough Creme de Menthe so as to turn the drink slightly green. Stir it up and serve cold.

cl. Burgundy Wine
4 oz. Lemon Juice
3 oz. Orange Juice
10 oz. Sugar
2 Sliced Orange
2 Sliced Lemon
2 Quarts Club Soda
Combine wine, fruit juice and sugar ina bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add sliced fruit. Chill for 3 to 4 hours. Just before serving stir in club soda and pur mixture over ice ring into a punch bowl.

mix the coconut rum, the milk and crushed ice in a shacker. Shake for a couple of minutes. Pour milk and rum in a glass (try not to put in the ice). Can be served with an ice cube.
